and to begin living in alignment with it, with trust in your rhythms and in what you carry.
This is not just a shift in perspective. It is a shift in how you meet your life, in what you stay for, and in what you no longer turn away from.
In this work, you begin to see your life clearly—what has shaped you, and what is here now. Not to stay there, but to make meaning of what you’ve lived, to recognize what it has formed in you, and to begin reworking the way you relate to it.
This is a space to be in ceremony with your life.
And in doing so, you begin to take your life back into your own hands. What once felt fixed begins to open, and what once felt like limitation begins to reveal its possibility. You begin to sense the magic you are here to embody.

Across our sessions, we explore your life through the lens of the hero’s journey.
Through this process you begin to see the gift of your life more clearly, rooting more deeply into yourself and welcoming the possibilities that belong to you.

Every life carries a quiet summons. Here we listen for where that call has been whispering through your life and where it may be inviting you now.
The Pattern
Before we move forward, we look at the stories that formed us — the early patterns that shaped how we learned to belong, protect ourselves, and navigate the world.
The Hero Within
Beneath the roles and expectations lives the core of who you are. Here we begin to explore what it might mean to become the hero of your own life.
The Apprenticeship
Every meaningful life asks something of us. These are the places where we are slowly refined into the person we are capable of becoming.

We begin Saturday, May 16th, under the New Moon in Taurus.
We gather every other Saturday at 10:00 a.m.,
with Soma Sessions woven in during the week.
Eight gatherings across twelve weeks.

Meet Mel
As someone who has spent the majority of her life studying everything from theology to astrology — all the ologies — my whole journey has been devoted to tending to the soul. I'm a certified intuitive astrologer, self-holding practitioner, and postpartum doula. I believe your birth chart holds both fate and freedom — a map of what's been given and all that's still possible. It is an invitation to meet your life with agency, to own and to love the story that is yours alone to live.
